Return & Refund Policy

Lovra Sydney – Customer Care & Returns

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Lovra Sydney. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our main warehouse is located in Asia, so please be aware that international return shipping fees may apply. The average cost for returns typically ranges between $60 and $80, depending on your courier.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (Track & Trace) for all returns. Unfortunately, Lovra Sydney cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.


How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at support@lovrasydney.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Step 2: Ship the Package
Once you’ve received the return details, please ship your item to the address provided.
Make sure to use a trackable courier service and keep your tracking number for reference. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that you might change your mind shortly after placing your order. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this window, the order is processed automatically and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • If the return is made due to a change of mind, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
